In the 'Skills and Qualifications' section, under 'Mobile Bidding Platforms Experience' DO NOT select a platform you have not yet worked with. This lets us know you still need the training for the platforms you haven't used yet before you can be staffed on those events.
ONLY SELECT THE WORKER TYPE based on your current State of Residence. Example: if you are in one of the states listed, please select "Event Support US (NY/NJ/MA/CA only)", and if you are in ANY other State besides NY/NJ/MA/CA, please select "Event Support US (US Only)". All Canada employees should select Event Support (Canada Only). If you are an Event Manager, we will add that type for you.
NOTE: you may still be sometimes asked directly to travel for events outside of your region if needed.
You are free to accept or decline these travel opportunities as you see fit.
Step 2: Fill out your W-9
We require all staff to complete an IRS W-9 to finalize their on-boarding. Click here for IRS W-9 Form
Please send completed W-9 to loretta@lifeeventstaffing.com with your FULL NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL.
Step 3: Set up your BILL Spend & Expense & TravelPerk
(Only for events that take place 75 miles or more from your home address according to Google Maps)
Search for 'BILL' and 'TravelPerk' on AppStore or Google Play Store and install on your phone.
We have a process in place for staff to book their own travel through TravelPerk to enable you to control your booking and to book according to your own schedule. We ask that that all travel is booked within 1 week of receiving your event confirmation for any event over 75 miles. If travel is not booked within this time frame we assume it is not needed. Reservations become listed as out of policy when bookings are made less than 3 weeks prior to the travel date entered.
You will receive an invite to both apps to set up your profile and login.
