New Staff Onboarding!

Congratulations! If you have made it this far it means you have already come highly recommended from a friend or colleague. We don't not offer outside recruiting and only accept applicants with a strong background in customer service, fundraising events and technology.

We are a strong team of specialized auction staff who work hard and achieve the best results for our clients. We want you to feel welcomed as a part of our team and new friend of LIFE Event Staffing.

Please follow the simple steps below to complete your onboarding process.

Step 1: Download the Armada Scheduling app to your phone

Please follow the links above to download our new app to your phone. To receive any new event notifications and be booked on upcoming events you MUST download the app and create a profile. It should not take you longer than 5 minutes to set up.

Points to remember:

NOTE: you may still be sometimes asked directly to travel for events outside of your region if needed.
You are free to accept or decline these travel opportunities as you see fit.

Step 2: Fill out your W-9

We require all staff to complete an IRS W-9 to finalize their on-boarding. Click here for IRS W-9 Form

Please send completed W-9 to loretta@lifeeventstaffing.com with your FULL NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL.


Step 3: Set up your BILL Spend & Expense & TravelPerk

(Only for events that take place 75 miles or more from your home address according to Google Maps)

Search for 'BILL' and 'TravelPerk' on AppStore or Google Play Store and install on your phone.


We have a process in place for staff to book their own travel through TravelPerk to enable you to control your booking and to book according to your own schedule. We ask that that all travel is booked within 1 week of receiving your event confirmation for any event over 75 miles. If travel is not booked within this time frame we assume it is not needed. Reservations become listed as out of policy when bookings are made less than 3 weeks prior to the travel date entered.

You will receive an invite to both apps to set up your profile and login.
