Policies and Procedures
Event Managers and Event Support should follow the Dress Code Guidelines below at every event with no exceptions.
All LIFE Event Staffing event staff members are expected to present a professional, businesslike image to clients and guests at all times. Any staff member who does not meet the attire or grooming standards set by the event dress code guidelines will be subject to corrective action and may be asked to leave the premises and/or to change clothing.
Dress Code Guidelines: ALL BLACK PROFESSIONAL
Black shirt (tucked in and/or belted button down or business smart blouse), black dress pants, or knee-length or below black skirt. Black dresses knee-length or below are permitted.
Black dress shoes or closed-toe flats that have a professional appearance and are comfortable.
No leggings or Yoga pants are permitted.
No bare shoulders, cutout blouses or transparencies are permitted.
No black jeans or sneakers are permitted.
All layers for outdoor check-in or cold weather must be all black.

Specific Requirements
Event staff members may be required to meet special uniform requirements for a specific event at client’s request. The Staffing Manager must approve such requests.
LIFE Event Staffing recognizes the importance of individually held religious beliefs to persons within its workforce. LIFE Event Staffing will reasonably accommodate a staff member’s religious beliefs in terms of workplace attire unless the accommodation creates an undue hardship. Those requesting a workplace attire accommodation based on religious beliefs should contact their Staffing Manager.
